From raw material verification to container loading, we ensure every shipment strictly complies with international standards, including ASTM A975 and EN 10223-3, reducing deviations and delivering unmatched consistency.
Raw Material Inspection & Traceability
We source our steel wire exclusively from top-tier domestic steel mills, ensuring full traceability with Mill Test Certificates (MTC).
Before production begins, our laboratory conducts rigorous testing on incoming wire batches:
Wire Diameter Precision: Checked with digital micrometers to ensure tolerances within ±0.05mm.
Tensile Strength & Elongation: Tested to ensure the wire can withstand high structural stress without breaking.
Coating Weight (Zinc/Galfan): Measured via chemical stripping or digital coating thickness gauges to guarantee long-term corrosion resistance.
Surface Condition: Inspection for any cracks, rust, or surface defects.
Only raw materials that pass 100% of our laboratory checks are released to the production workshop.
In-Process Production Inspection
During manufacturing, we implement a dual-inspection system: continuous monitoring by machine operators combined with random hourly audits by our dedicated QC engineers. To ensure structural integrity, we apply specialized inspection protocols based on the product type:
Mesh Opening Consistency: Ensuring uniform distribution of earth pressure.
Twist Quality: Verifying tight, mechanical double-twisting (minimum of 3 half-turns) to prevent unraveling.
Selvedge/Edge Wire Connection: Checking that the mesh wire is securely mechanically wrapped around the heavier edge wire.
Dimensional Tolerance: Maintaining strict compliance with length, width, and height requirements.
Weld Shear Strength: Tested to ensure every weld point can withstand the high shear stress required by international standards.
Mesh Spacing & Flatness: Ensuring perfectly square grids and zero panel warping for fast on-site assembly.
Welding Spot Surface Finish: Verifying that the weld points are smooth and free of burn-through or zinc-loss defects.
Finished Product & Laboratory Testing
Once production is complete, finished gabion baskets undergo a comprehensive final audit before moving to the packaging stage. Our final inspection checklist includes:
Verifying internal diaphragms and overall sizing.
Ensuring sufficient lacing wire, C-rings, or spiral binders are included.
Performing wrap tests to ensure the protective coating does not crack or flake when wound around a mandrel.
Heavy-Duty Export Packaging Inspection
Heavy-Duty Bundling:
Gabions are hydraulically compressed and securely bound with high-strength steel strapping.
Pallet Stability & Protection:
Using fumigated wooden pallets or iron pallets with edge protectors to prevent friction damage during transit.
Accurate Labeling:
Clear, weatherproof shipping marks, product labels (specifications, quantity, batch number), and packing lists attached to every pallet.
Pre-Shipment Order Verification
To eliminate administrative and shipping errors, our production and sales teams perform a joint final review of the complete order file before dispatch:
Cross-checking physical product specifications against the confirmed Proforma Invoice (PI).
Verifying country-specific customs documentation requirements.
Ensuring custom labels, tags, or retail packaging meet the exact branding needs of distributors.
Cast iron:Gray cast iron is relatively brittle and not impact-resistant,but its chemical composition is stable,so it resists gluing, and pitting corrosion, and is not easily deformed.Chain sprockets made of this material are generally used in applications with low speed and low power
Secure Container Loading Inspection
Container Health Check:
Inspecting the container for holes, water leakage, rust, or odor before loading.
Space Optimization & Secure Lashing:
Strategically placing pallets to maximize container volume while using heavy-duty lashing to prevent shifting during maritime transit.
Photo Documentation:
Taking detailed photos of the empty container, mid-loading, fully loaded, and sealed container (with seal number visible) for your records.
